AmeriCorps Promise Fellows To deliver the Five Promises for youth, the Alliance hosts AmeriCorps Promise Fellows who serve directly with partner organizations, schools and communities. AmeriCorps Promise Fellows dedicate a year to national service hosted by a partner organization. They coordinate mentoring, tutoring, service learning, volunteer, and leadership opportunities to engage and support youth.

Minnesota’s Youth Advisory Council MNYAC is composed of youth representing all regions of Minnesota promoting youth voice. Members provide advice and youth perspective for the work of the Alliance. Paired with adult mentors, MNYAC members truly represent the Alliance philosophy of working “with” youth rather than “for” youth. The Council plans policy initiatives and takes action to make a difference for youth in all of Minnesota’s communities.
