Host an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow

The Minnesota Alliance With Youth invites schools, non-profits, government agencies, and other youth-serving organizations to apply to host one or more AmeriCorps Promise Fellows. During the 2008-2009 Program Year, the Alliance will make available approximately 60 AmeriCorps Promise Fellow positions to serve alongside schools and community organizations across the state.

Promise Fellows perform national service to build educational equity using the Five Promises youth development framework. By mobilizing youth and adults to volunteer in tutoring, mentoring, and leadership programs, the Promise Fellows build enduring systems that promote civic engagement and academic success for all of Minnesota's youth.

Apply to Host an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow

To apply to host an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow, organizations are asked to complete the application outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The deadline to apply has been extended to April 15, 2008 by 4:30 pm.
