MLK Day, celebrated a few days late

Current Minnesota Youth Council Member, Apoman Abella and 2010 Red Wagon Award winner, Tony Singsaath celebrated MLK day a little late this year, but their message was worth the wait! As members of Dynamic 507, they presented The Color Project, which is designed to show children that there are really no “black” or “white” skin tones, but rather shades of brown, peach and tan.
Dynamic 507 is a youth group from Nobles County Integration Collaborative coordinated by former AmeriCorps Promise Fellow, Robby Vargas, who is now the NCIC Service Learning Leader.
