Director of Training & Member Support: This new role will provide critical support to both program and operation teams. The Director will serve alongside three other Directors of Training to provide assistance to the AmeriCorps members and sites, as well as act as support for other organizational efforts. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, training and facilitation experience, professional communication skills, excellent computer skills, strong organization skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team. An interest and/or experience in educational equity and knowledge of National Service requirements strongly preferred. In the Member Support role, this staff person will support the operations team in tracking all program components required for AmeriCorps compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, training and facilitation experience, high attention to detail, a background in education, professional communication skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team. An interest and/or experience in educational equity and National Service strongly preferred. In the Recruitment role, this staff person will ensure the Alliance has a comprehensive and successfully implemented plan to recruit and retain 200 AmeriCorps members annually.
