The event was emceed by MN Alliance Youth Council member Esther Lee and Board Member Mark Hiemenz.  The award ceremony was bookended by wonderful addresses from  Lt. The Red Wagon Awards provided an opportunity to recognize and celebrate youth volunteerism and civic engagement throughout the state.
