Addressing the Racial Wealth Gap

One of the final projects I’ve been working on for the end of my term of service is putting together white papers on the connection between JA programming and the opportunity gap and the racial wealth gap in the Twin Cities community. It’s been a great opportunity to learn more about the nuances and complexities around the systemic roots and potential solutions to these issues. As someone who is interested in moving more into a public policy space, it’s also been a good opportunity personally to develop writing skills and samples that I know I can directly apply in the future.
