We all need an Encourager

We all need an encourager, someone to remind us of our goals and that we're capable. ​

Since meeting with the focus list student his tardiness has almost fully gone away. It's as if being accountable and encouraged every week in a personal goal helps in meeting goals. I believe a consistent encourager who believed in this student is what this student needed to problem solve and believe in his capabilities.

I wish I had a Promise Fellow when I was in school!
